1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and AutopilotVids (“AutopilotVids,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using our websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly update account details. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken through connected social accounts. Notify us immediately at support@autopilotvids.comif you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The Service
AutopilotVids helps users plan, generate, render, schedule, and publish short-form videos. Features may include AI-assisted concepts and scripts, synthetic speech and images, captions, music, rendering, content queues, social connections, and publishing automation. We may improve, add, remove, or change features over time. Availability and generation times are not guaranteed.
4. Your inputs and generated output
“Inputs” are prompts, files, instructions, brand materials, and other content you submit. “Outputs” are materials generated through the Service. You retain your rights in Inputs. As between you and AutopilotVids, and to the extent permitted by law, you own Outputs generated for you, subject to third-party rights and these Terms.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, modify, transmit, and display Inputs and Outputs only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for your Inputs and for the uses you request.
5. Responsibility for content
AI-generated material can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to material generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular audience. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs, checking facts and rights, making any required synthetic-media disclosures, and deciding whether content is appropriate to publish. AutopilotVids is a production tool and does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
6. Connected platforms
If you connect TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or another service, you authorize us to access and act on that account within the permissions you approve. Your use remains subject to the connected platform’s terms, policies, limits, and technical availability. We are not responsible for a platform rejecting, removing, restricting, demonetizing, or otherwise acting on content or an account. You can revoke connections at any time.
7. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the stated interval until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewals using your selected payment method. Plan limits, features, and prices are shown before purchase. You can cancel before the next renewal to avoid future charges; access continues through the paid period unless stated otherwise. Except where law requires or the purchase flow expressly says otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
8. Credits
Credits may be used for optional generation or rendering features. They are not money, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed outside the Service. Credit costs are displayed before a charge. Promotional credits may expire as disclosed when issued. Purchased credit treatment after account closure is subject to law and the terms shown at purchase.
9. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policyand all applicable laws. You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, bypass limits or security, access it through unauthorized automated means, or help another person do so.
10. Our intellectual property
The Service, software, branding, interface, documentation, and related technology are owned by AutopilotVids or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, but we are not required to use it.
11. Copyright concerns
We respect intellectual-property rights. Send notices identifying the protected work, allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and required good-faith statements to legal@autopilotvids.com. We may remove content and restrict repeat infringers where appropriate.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service or cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or limit features if we reasonably believe there is a Terms or policy violation, security risk, legal requirement, payment failure, or threat to the Service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” AUTOPILOTVIDS DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT CONTENT WILL PUBLISH, REMAIN AVAILABLE, PERFORM WELL, EARN REVENUE, OR COMPLY WITH EVERY PLATFORM POLICY.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOPILOTVIDS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID AUTOPILOTVIDS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutopilotVids and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your Inputs, Outputs, publishing activity, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally for 30 days.
17. General terms and contact
These Terms and incorporated policies are the complete agreement about the Service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with the business or Service.
